History

The company was founded in 1999 by the Fabbro brothers who, after gaining experience in leading companies in the services sector, decided to start an independent innovative company, offering services with high quality standards exclusively with their own employees and direct management.

Thanks to the recognition obtained in the market, over the years the Group has diversified the services offered and has focused on three key sectors (Food, Facility management & Energy), to offer customers important service synergies.

Corporate & Social responsibility

An integral part of the Fabbro Group’s mission is to carry out all the stages that make up the service, aware of its environmental, social and economic responsibilities. That is why we adopt a sustainable approach in all areas of our business.

Environmental sustainability

This is the daily commitment to improve production processes by saving energy and resources and reducing emissions and waste.

We minimise packaging

We favour packaging that is easily biodegradable and reusable

We limit energy consumption by optimising journey routes

Social sustainability

This is the attention paid to human dignity, taking care not only of our own staff and that of customers, but also of the most fragile of people. Over the years, in fact, we have started a series of collaborations with associations and organisations that work on behalf of people in difficulty.

Some concrete examples are:

The establishment of the Food Bank in Lombardy for the use of food surpluses and the Cometa association, committed to welcoming, educating and training children and young people and supporting their families.

Economic sustainability

This is the commitment to offering high levels of service at competitive prices, made possible by careful handling of relations with suppliers. The objective is to identify a few suppliers that offer many services, according to the logic of continual cost-saving, but dependent on a very high and constant level of quality, guaranteed by continuous monitoring on the market of the best product/service conditions.
