FOOD AS THERAPY

The Dietary and Nutritional Service of the Fabbro Group, in collaboration with Health Authority management, the Food and Nutrition Hygiene Service and the Local Health Authorities, develop and design healthy and balanced menus for hospital canteens in accordance with the dictates of the World Health Organisation, the European Union and the Ministries of Health and Welfare.

THE CARE OF THE PATIENT

We focus our attention on maintaining and improving the state of health of patients. The aim is to guarantee a high-quality Hospital Catering service, delivering the taste of good food. This is why we study personalised diets, with a high nutrition level and great attention to flavour.

QUALITY AND CONTROL

We ensure quality control throughout the supply chain: from ordering to preparation, to the delivery of the meal to the patient. Meals in our hospital canteens are prepared with select ingredients and respecting high hygiene standards.
